Samsung Launches KNOX Partner Program


Samsung Electronics introduced the launch of the Samsung KNOX Companion Application designed for ISVs and resellers to increase the advantages of KNOX to the undertaking market.

The program offers key benefits to resellers, carriers, and MDMs to enhance security, control, and manageability including as below.

  • Quick and easy ramp to sales via a Partner Portal with assets, resources, and training that allows partners to be up, running, and selling to support Samsung devices.
  • Deal registration and quick trial programs for customers to enhance margins and protect market development for the partners registering deals.
  • Broad support for many MDMs allowing resellers to partner and sell either a holistic device solution for the enterprise that today does not have an MDM installed, or support for what is already installed.
  • Enhanced support options allow partners to sign up to take first line or first and second line of support.

The program offers Platinum, Gold and Silver levels and is waiving minimum requirements for the first six months, allowing every partner signed to enjoy the benefits of the Platinum level. After initial recruitment and performance analysis Samsung will enforce minimums and tier benefits. 

Our first partner training was oversubscribed and our subsequent trainings are being filled rapidly – the next two trainings are scheduled for December 4-5, 2013 and January 14-15, 2014.
